ChatGPT for Business: Advanced Prompting, Research and Workflows

Online

Overview

Already using ChatGPT, but still starting from scratch with every task? Turn one-off prompts into a more consistent way to research, analyse information and get work done.

This practical one-day course helps managers and professionals move beyond basic prompting. You will practise improving prompts, analysing documents and data, evaluating research, and building a reusable ChatGPT Project for work.

Through live demonstrations, guided activities and discussion, you will design and test a repeatable workflow for a real workplace task. Some activities depend on the features available through your account and workspace settings. Please follow your organisation’s policies and use non-confidential or anonymised practice material.

For the best learning experience, delegates should have access to an organisation-approved ChatGPT account. Available features may vary by account and workspace settings.
